A quick reference back to the 2007 Gator season remembers the 1st Yankee solo expedition into the dark FL swamps. Gerp connected with a 8'6" and Z smoked a 7'8" lizard. Not bad for a couple of rookies.

2008 has been a pretty decent year for us yankee's doing our thing in FL. Honorary River Road member CVG-"Gerp" made another trek to FL again in the August heat, he did not connect, but his assistant did with a 6' lizard. We have also taken two other 8 footers from Orange Lake out of my boat this year after the NE Iowan's departed.
